I was using sun block in April and May on the bike. I then went to Tuscany for a week where I used it. Since then I haven’t used any even out here in France where I am currently although when it gets in to forecasted 30 plus temps. I might need to use it again.

I have to say I quite like this stuff:

It's bloody expensive and you have to spray it on without clothes (unless you like your clothes turning yellow) and let it set for 15 minutes. Once "cured" it's like a UV skin - no greasy feeling and doesn't drip into your eyes.

That's what I used to use, but I'm trying out Pelotan at the moment as it was on offer somewhere and is also a once a day application. So far so good as it doesn't seem quite as greasy on application, but it's only available as SPF30 which is fine for me as I'm only out for 4 hours at a time maximum.

I keep meaning to get some Pelotan to try, as I guess the marketing works, but it looks a handy size to carry around whilst out riding in a back pocket, as Im sure Id need to reapply it at least once, as most of my current stuff just melts off me.
