If that is meant to funny, I can't quite see it. Is it anti Obama or is it just racist? Is the originator of the artwork implying that Obama is playing a race card? It's very strange thing, its neither amusing or inflammatory because the message is ambiguous.

And why would anyone want propagate what ever the message is on a cycle forum? Either way whatever the intent it comes across as negative. Perhaps I'm missing the point.
