What`s your favourite ice cream? At the moment mines Lyons Maid Vanilla. Can`t seem to find any really creamy stuff though, there`s a lot like semi solid cold milk! What`s your choice?

A 99, from the van parked at the top of the road up the side of Ivinghoe beacon (I haven't had one this season, it's been raining/overcast everytime i've been out that way at the weekend)

Not for me at the moment, thanks - I am just drinking a very pleasant glass of red wine (St Chinian, 2004). Otherwise I'd have some creme brulee..

Bottle of dog should be used only two ways:-

    1. Drink it (cold)
    2. Cook with it in one way - to add to braising steak. It makes the most *delicious* gravy.

I utilised 2, yesterday. Husband & son finishing it off today.

Best ice creams I've ever had...

In Italy, fig ice cream and honeydew melon ice cream.
In UK, acacia honey & stem ginger ice cream and seville orange ice cream.
