I've been contacted by someone who saw a road rage incident on New Years Eve morning around 10:30-11:00am in Chorley.

They got the vehicle registration number and reported the incident to the police, and would be prepared to act as a witness if you wanted to report it yourselves.

Yes, please feel free.

The person who emailed me wanted to put the word out to try and get the driver reported as they feel this probably isn't the first/last time the driver will have been abusive to other road users.
