Anyone interested in weight lifting?

I know sod all about fitness. In fact im pissed. But I reckon the dedication that arnie shows is definately motivational. Where as roidhead was on about weights, I was pushing wheel spinning on a muddy slope and my aim was to get up that slope without putting my feet down. I did it but it took enormous effort coz I could not build up speed to gain momentum. My wheel kept slippin. Durin the hill climb it took all my effort to wheel spin up the soddin hill. It was only 50 foot but Eff me it was hard!

My point is this: Push HARDER!
 
Or get a rear tyre with better grip....

I am trying to get back into the weights at the gym after getting distracted by other sports over the last 8 months or so. It's annoying how your strength just disappears in such a short space of time!

Yup, I was doing a lot of running to get me ready for my first great south run. In that time I lost 1.5 stone. I think most of that was muscle based on my current chest press lol

I think you will find that the answer to getting up that muddy slope is technique rather than more push.
