They are not answering my emails and the phone just rings with on answer.
I paid (£80.00) on the credit card so in theory should be OK but loath to start the process unless necessary.

Their fb page hasn't been updated within the last two weeks. Before that its showing daily updates.

Yep, you have to sign up. Same as here really, user name, email and password.

The minimum value of goods is £100, there's no minimum spend on the card itself

The phone number on the website has a Llandrindod Wells code . This is in mid Wales ,a bit far for me to pop round unfortunately.
