It's what's commonly known on here as s BSO, s bicycle shaped object. Meaning it look like s mountain bike or whatever but it's been made down to the cheapest common denominator so it can be sold in mail catalogues and the like for a low low price. Components will be non branded usually and it will be heavy.Yours look like a steel frame. No support from the seller if something goes wrong or fails.
It's natural habitat is the local cut or recycling centre where frustrated owners dump them.
Sorry, but it's not going to be much fun to ride or maintain.

Is it a bouncy ride?

I thought full suspension isn't worth having unless you pay 4 figures to get it. Cheap FS bikes being so energy sapping as you bounce along.

Wouldn't it be better for cheap bike makers to go hardtail or rigid and put the money saved on at least some better components somewhere?

I would imagine it's 'cos the average Joe wants a full suspension bike with 21 gears without really understanding why this is a bad thing at this price point.
'Top spec' bso's will probably sell more.

It looks like an early Trek VRX200 (or copy thereof)
A very poor copy.

Barracuda

Possibly, although I don't recall any of their models having that "Orange 5 Filing Cabinet" type swingarm.

In my mind, they all seemed to have curved swingarms or URTs

The closest I can think of is perhaps the "Thriller" (which it wasn't)

Update: It could be a Barracuda Hammer, but the swingarm still isn't quite right
