Anyone mind showing me a good route from surbiton to London?

I did a test ride over the weekend with a friend and it didn't seem too bad!
Would be great to tag along with someone til I get the route down. I'm in good enough shape that I don't think I'd hold you up too much
I can leave surbiton anytime after 7:30 a.m
I work in the soho area...
