Bit like @Drago 's Y fronts then. "What's a laundry?" sort of thing.
No, just multiple "sets" of the same stuff. Two lots washed last night.

What do you do for three months on those beaches?

Plenty to do or not do.

I walk, read, cycle, swim, play frisbee or beach cricket, watch cricket and football, occasionally, on TV, listen to live music, watch new films at the beach cinema, eat good food and drink, meet new and old friends and acquaintances (both local and foreign) visit the markets at the local towns and feel the 'vibe', boat trips (aka booze cruise), have a weekly Ayurvedic massage (£12 for 90 minutes) and generally just chill, relax and enjoy simplicity.

For those with other interests, there's yoga and meditation courses, cooking classes, learn to play musical instruments, painting, ceramics, shopping and so on.

And it really isn't too commercialised (not in my area). I spend less in 3-4 months than I'd spend in two months in Oslo (plus I'd be suffering with SAD and be feeling like shite).

What's the cycling like? Road, mtb?

I've seen some 'serious' riders (Irish fellas, I think) on decent road bikes and in lycra. The traffic isn't too bad (once you get to know the dos and don'ts) and the roads aren't too bad, either.

There are MTB trails around, but given the fact that there are tigers and leopards not too far away, it might be best either to go on an organised ride, or just not venture off the beaten track. Depending on where you are in Goa, weekly rides are arranged, doing a 4-5 hour loop. Bearing in mind the high temperatures there, anything more than that could be too much.

I’ve started panic buying bread and milk. So I’m ready

I have some serious prep initiated for this coming winter.

I'm in the process of buying a new bike which (a) will have clearance for wide tyres and allow me to fit studded ones so I can start riding through winters again, and (b) will give me an electric boost to stop me opting for the bus in order to avoid the constant 20 - 30mph headwinds which turn my 10 mile ride to/from work in winter into a soul-destroying slog.

Of course, once the Energy Saving Trust's 4yr interest-free loan is approved I'll need to start buying said studded tyres, mudguards, lights, a Garmin mount, SPD-SL pedals, a saddlebag and bottle-cages for it. See ya, spare cash!
