Anyone recommend a new front mech barrel adjuster?

It's for Shimano Tiagra, if that makes a difference.
The barrel adjuster just twiddles round without doing anything and the front mech now needs a tweak, so new adjuster needed methinks.
I can only find one online by Googling, and the seller has terrible reviews. Any recommendations?

You don't need a barrel adjuster for the front derailer. The adjustment is not so critical that pulling the cable tight by hand and tightening the bolt doesn't do the trick.

Superb, thanks for that. That was my first idea, but thought I should try and do it "properly!"
I shall give it a small tweak before I leave work this evening.
