Ah, I see. I can almost guarantee they will suggest RJW as they are the 'fed' solicitors! I'll email off a query though. He's asked at the LBS if they know of anyone too.

He thinks he might give RJW another try, and hope his previous experience was just a one off. Thanks for all the advice though, he found it very useful - especially the facts regarding Claims Management Companies v Solicitors.
