I thought it was good clean fun. The whole programme was pretty good in tone and content, not just the bits relating to cycling.

I'd love to bike more, but I'm knackered by Tuesday, so Scooter it is!

It was all about alternative transport to the car. Had a race between a bike and car into central birmingham 6 miles, bike beat car by over 5 minutes.

No surprise there then...
