Anyone used liability insurance offered by British Cycling membership?

As it says in the title really. I'm just curious as to how effective this liability cover is that is offered with membership of British Cycling.
So has anyone used it or know of someone who has and what was your experience like dealing with the matter?
I also see there is free legal advice with membership too, anyone took advantage of it?

By the way, I've just joined today primarily for this cover and hoping that the responses to the above are all positive.
