The HK building would be Feng Shui, but most of the others in the Guardian article are not. La Défense par exemple.

Thought of that but it seems to be used chiefly for atria and spaces between walls. I would be more than happy to be corrected though.

The Manhattan Lofts building going up at Stratford is double cantilevered which I think is something to do with being jewish? The building goes up, then in for a bit, then up again. There's a space like an angry giant has taken a bite out of the building. Sorry if I'm being too technical.
