It looks too worn. Put a new chain on and try to lift a link off the ring; if the rest of the chain moves around the ring there's too much space between the teeth.
Only problem with using a worn chainring is it can wear a chain quicker. but tbh, unless you are planning on doing 20k on if this year i wouldn't worry
Easy to tell big fella, put a new chain on cos at some point you will have to anyway, stick it in the highest gear and give it some welly, you'll soon know if it's worn or not!
