A thread on the Budget was started this morning. Shaun posted at the start of the thread indicating that while general discussion of the Budget and its impact on personal finances was fine, anything that started to turn into political debate should be conducted in the new forum.

The thread then almost exclusively became a proxy for criticism of the recent changes on the forum. This ignored Shaun's initial request, was off-topic and in some cases malicious. It was therefore removed.

This thread will remain locked for the same reason.
