I've had really good advice on here which was the first reason I hung around, since then I've found other attractions/distractions.I've tried not to fall into too many newbie habits, I've done a lot of homework, reading threads here, other forums, labouring over Sheldon Brown, hubgear net, CTC, magazine review articles. But there are times when self study isn't enough, I need further explanation. Just getting your head round the acronyms can be a task.

Other than that - the lately renamed 'events....' board is excellent - well worth the price of admission - and by far the best around.

Hang on, im Joe24, not Kovu.
I was going to put that i was the best, but i got distracted annoying 'ilovebikes'
I like to go at that little group one at a time, 'ilovebikes' one time, then go for Radius, and i tend to leave YC alone now unless he joins in on it.
I am infact the best, and you do all love me.
