I have lost weight a good two inches off my waist.I think its Mrs P and her special cook books.Considering i was not allowed to do any exercise for eighteen months,to lose weight is very good.I am looking forward to seeing how i go on when i get out on the bike.A Hydrocele was the reason for no exercise.

Going out is a fantastic idea.Thats if you dont mind going out with a bald long 73 year old.Give me a few months to get up to a decent speed and you are on,and i will include coffees i am sure we can find a couple of stops.

Don't be daft - according to Wikipedia (today) you've got a year left. Sometimes Wikipedia says 60 sometimes 65, might be a bit of an argument going on between various editors.
