ARGH that time of year

Its the beardy time of year for me and the itching is driving me nuts. In a week it'll be fine and I'll be nice and warm until someone talks me into shaving it off in march.....

But that week/2weeks of itching and looking like a bum drives me nuts

I could never get through that itchy stage, seemed to stay with me for as long as I kept it. After a period of applying hair conditioner, I suddenly realised the pros vs cons weren't really weighing up. Gave up then and haven't really gone back as the grey hairs are multiplying.

Had mine for years, I did shave it off a while ago, the Mrs was giving me grief for being scruffy, she didn't like the look of me without it and about a week later I started to grow it back.

i went thru a hermit stage in my early 20's and grew a full beard , it was very handy as when i got hungry i just picked the dregs out of my beard .

My brother in law is an actor and has it on his cv that he can achieve a full wild man of the mountains look in 8 days!
