Its taken a good few months but its on the road again some small jobs still to do handlebar tape etc
It was left in a garage with some odds and ends for thirty plus years
I have used 80s parts handlebars stem brakes etc thats the orginal seat post bit rusty not standard size the williams crank stamped 1949 a lovely piece of engineering on its own with the letter a
New tyres new rear wheel front is older one that i had in shed it rides well not many armstrongs around now so its a survivor
The orginal mech campag gran sport is currently been repaired and will be fitted
There is something special about returning an old forgotten bike back on the road again.steel is real
