Wasn't going to get on anyway.
Tweaked hamstring on Friday 13th (sitting down!!!) and didn't hold up on ride down to the boat

A flat stage in the Alps!? How did you manage to find that?
Thanks @Telemark and @Scoosh took train back to Glasgow but somehow still managed to do 45-50 miles today
Gorgeous if disappointing sight seeing ferry head off to Arran......the guys must have had an epic day

My ride suffered two unrepairable defects within the first hour, which lead to doing the big Arran hill twice. Otherwise very enjoyable, though.

was a really good drama free ride. Hills havent gotten any easier, few roads a bit smoother Dogs , deer and Peacocks fighting for road space.

wouldnt swap it for anywhere else. great day out lads
