Initial part of the pass wasn't brilliant but to then to drift back in when he wasn't even past you is bad. Presume Arriva will fob you off like most on here.
This was because of the car coming the other way.

**** poor overtake.
Well he would have seen the car even before he decided to overtake, but decided to overtake anyway.

I have sent Arriva an Email also linking to my video. Do they normally take such incidents seriously?

However, for some reason I am unable to see the numberplate. The quality of my video camera seems to have dropped for some reason.

I reported an Arriva driver; they reviewed his on-board video and he was required to undergo further training.

I just needed the bus route number and time, although I had the reg plus description of the driver; he's on my son's bus route and his classmates all told the driver off as well

You'll know the location & hopefully the time of the incident. They can work from that.
Odd that its missing the fleet number, both front & rear

Dont expect much in terms of customer service from Arriva. They fobbed me off when I reported this to them:

Their response was that the driving was acceptable. They didnt even mention about the attitudes of the drivers.

Well if you're unhappy with the response from the company, take it to the Traffic Commissioners. They have the power to suspend the operating licence & that of the driver. They will however do a fuller investigation into the matter!!

I know what you mean by this and I suspect that they will view it as 50/50. Once again, people who are not there are trying to say that the manouvre was safe. Its up to me to deem what is safe.

Hang on, I don't know what you mean when you say "I know what you mean by this". I gave you another option to pursue the matter & you turn it round in my face. I've used them & even managed to suprise one when I rang to thank him for taking the time to look into the matter.
Result wasn't as expected & not entirely in my favour, but they have legal access to records that you can only dream off. Any company over which they have power would be mad not to comply with any investigation they may start. They have to ansewr them, or face suspension.
If thats how you treat help thats offerred, I might just keep my help for those that really want it!
