Fridge full of end bits of cheese (inc the remains of the cheeseboard from Mr. Underhills) and some of it getting a bit manky. Fry up some strips of smoked bacon while boiling a lot of water. Penne in the water. Heat up milk in a pan, add all the bits of cheese and the tail end of some Stilton. Add cream to thicken. Remove and reserve bacon strips, lightly fry walnut pieces in residual fat. Drain pasta. Stir bacon and walnuts into sauce, and pour over pasta. Black pepper and ready to go.
