To be fair they're pretty good round my way.(Bristol). And everything I've sent has got there too, at least all parcels where someone would have complained otherwise, have arrived
Ordered sometihng last week
As I knew we would be away, so ordered delivery to the Office
Said item turned up at home
So was left by the bins for 5 days
Very luckily for them it did not rain during that time
And even more amazingly nor did anyone spot a one meter high package sitting outside our house for the best part of a week
