What's your experience of drive-in car washes?
I used one years ago when away from home which rather put me off.
The wash cloths looked gritty, and the way they were used was slapdash.
More recently washing the car has become difficult, so I ventured into a car wash that's been operating for a good few years nearby.
Quite impressive.
Plenty of kit and washing chemicals, although I expect the power of the jet washer would exceed Ford's recommendation.
The wash cloths were clean, and I saw three or four domestic washing machines whirring away for them.
I got a decent job for my £6, not quite as thorough as had I done it, but I wouldn't expect that.
The man who took the money even gave me an air freshener with my change.
