Aylesbury Bypass ride - Sat. 2nd May

Well, it was a great ride for me - some challenging inclines to toughen me up for Ditchling Beacon next Saturday. Excellent route and brilliant weather, not to mention the company. I ended up being Adam's sole companion so I had 1to1 guidance and support. He was very patient - thanks Adam! I hope he got something out of it though...but it may be what some of my running friends call ironically - 'putting back into the sport'. Clive

Thanks for coming along Clive - glad you enjoyed it, and hope the hills weren't too bad. At least we had some excellent weather - my face felt lightly toasted by the time I got home.
