B-Twin Triban 4 or Triban 3

Hey all

Just wanting to know of anyone's general thoughts on Decathlons Triban 4?

I've been using my dads Triban 3 while my own bike has been off for repairs and have loved it, more so than my own Coyote, but am not overly fond of white bikes (unlucky for me Coyote is a white bike too) and I dislike the colour red, the only other colour house for the Triban 3 (Purely cosmetic choices there I know! )

Want to know if the price difference is worth it or not?

I think only YOU can say how much it is worth to not have a red bike.

If you don't love it, don't buy it. In my opinion you need to buy a bike you love, and will make you want to go out and ride it.

Ah yes tis a 5! Didn't spot that I'd got that wrong. Mmmm in own a white bike and it's terrible trying to keep it clean! Washing the Triban 3 today!

The 5 has carbon forks which I've seen mentioned as a good investment? But I'm rather new to cycling and have no idea of the benefits of such things!

Benefit of carbon forks is weight and absorption of road vibrations.
