Great shop that...all very down to earth...I think my work bike is a bit 'bling' for the usual stuff........ Students being the main business....

No, I commute into into Didsbury usually, but ride into the HEP area at least once a week - usually Parrs Wood Road, A34, Upper brook St and in to Oxford Rd - don't touch Manchester's highest bike accident road at all - official.....

Right ..... who had a bright Lumo Pinky/Red Bob Jackson Fixie in Cavendish today........

I'm back to commuting on Monday. I've been riding, but it's all been fairly small local journeys. Best one so far - taking the Christmas Tree down the to recycling centre in the child trailer.

I'm kind of glad I've missed the worst of the cold weather. Looks like it'll be raining for my first ride into work though :-(

I hated the cold last week. Mostly it's my hands that copped it. Have tried double layers of gloves, ski gloves... still ended up with frozen fingers by the time I got to work. Today was the first time in ages that the water in the dish on the birdtable hasn't been a block of ice.

Forecast is rain tomorrow!
