Since the high winds and rain (mostly the wind) I was unable to cycle alot and because I have a car I just used that for my commute to work, sure I could just hop on but when the weather was clear or minimal wind I was always inside at work looking out on the sun and typical high winds after my shift, this sunday (today) I went out on my bike mainly I wanted to train up and to test out my new action camera which cost me 60 quid... Not expensive and very cheap for what there is in stores!

Anyway, has anyone stopped cycling during the high winds when it was reported or did you have no choice and battled through it?

Oh here is a pothole I just missed, reported it to the council I wonder if they will listen and fill it up because it is a busy road.

Been out six days a week, every week, all year. Mind, in the north east we've been pretty lucky with the weather compared to the south west.

Dam Northerner, getting lucky and what not lol. Yup down here we've been getting floods and trees in the road, I have a car P.O.V on youtube showing one of few trees down and a road tapped off by police due to flooding and probably trees down so I had to turn around...I should of known because the road is like a sink to heavy rain without a drain lol.

Friday was the first time I drove to work this year, it was a tad windy with gusts of 80mph so I thought it was wise to leave the bike at home

London roads are one big pothole!
If they went around repairing them all, london would look different.
Yeah, but they do fill some up here n there in outer london so maybe I will be lucky because this one is quite annoying and drivers tend to try over take you when the bend ahead can be a blind corner for on coming traffic, so I just highlighted that as a high possibility and which has happened once lol
