Back on the bike

Hi

Finally back on the bike, nine months ago my consultant told me I couldn't commute only go out once a week, after my Vulvectomy. I did an eight mile ride on Sunday and can't wait to get out this weekend. I am finally enjoying my cycling again.

Congratulations. Your body will let you know how much you can and cannot do. I never thought I would get on the bike again after my illness, but I am doing it.
