Back on the bike

Had my first ride yesterday since breaking my collarbone 6 weeks ago. It felt good to get the legs spinning again. This was also one of the few Sunday rides I've had since starting commuting on the bike more than 2 years ago, and it was a real pleasure to be nodded at and smiled at by cyclists who were on the road just for the fun of it. I'll try to make this more of a habit. My thanks to any of you who did the nodding yesterday morning between Fareham and Port Solent.

Well done. I did my collarbone in 2005. It was 8 weeks before I was back on. Got a p%6ct+re on my return ride though which also involved tackling Five Ways and Paradise Circus (Brummies will know what I'm on about). Nice. Keep it up!
