As promised, a status report. Had spinal surgery in early feb (two discs out + odds n sods). Just finished second week commuting to work, 10 miles each way and I am shattered, but very happy. One thing that strikes me is how much more considerate the rush hour drivers are compared with the 'professional' ones I was meeting during the day while on rehab.
