So, it's not unusual to spot the 'numptys' who cycle using their heels but i was rather taken aback when i saw a roadie in all his lycra with his cleats atached to the heel of his road shoes.

And yes, i do have a problem with poor riding technique before you all ask. Its a bit like when my mother in law drived 15 miles in my car in 1st gear. These people need a slap![]()
Arch said:Drove. Drove, not drived. And that's different, that's doing damage to your car. If this guy had gone to the trouble of setting his cleats up on his heels, one must assume he had a reason for it, and the worst that will happen is that he'll damage himself, not you.
I know plenty of people who've had to adapt bikes or technique to suit disabilities. And there are a couple of them I'd love to see you try to slap.
