The thing you need to ask is this.
What would Reacher do?
Buy cheap clothes, wear them for a few days, then buy new ones and throw the old ones.
No bags, no washing machines, no luggage and no worries.
All you need is a folding toothbrush.
And to say nothing, obviously.

The SNCF used to send luggage on ... but to train travellers, as far as I know. I'm not sure this service still exists. I echo what everyone else has said. Supposing you find something, it'll be very expensive. My advice: do what I've always done and carry the luggage in panniers. Even if you buy Orliebs and have to get a rack fitted, it'll be a lot cheaper.

When I was in the Loire Valley a couple of years ago, I saw a couple leaving my hotel on cycles, packing lightly. I spoke to the hotelier and he said he was forwarding their luggage to the next hotel. I gather they'd pre-arranged this themselves with each hotel. He said if I wanted to do this this, I should call. Or in my case, email - my French is poor, and my English is, um, rapid.

In the Loire Valley area (or at least the main chateaux area) there are a couple of outfits that do luggage transport (as well as the cycle package holiday people like Headwater) - BUT that's in a very limited, short distance and with a significant potential volume of customers ... a million miles from the OP question

No, it's nothing like that. This was a private arrangement between two people and a hotel. They'd clearly contacted the hotels they were staying at, and paid something for luggage to be moved. Of course, on the Loire they are used to this, so maybe it's easier, but my underlying suggestion of contacting the hotels and seeing if they could help is still worthwhile I think.

A hotelier probably knows someone who travels to your next destination a couple of times a week. For 10 or 20 euros, it's not much effort to pick up and drop off a couple of bags on the way.
