Theres been a bike locked to some railings for a good few days in my estate. Very strange
i thought. Then it disappeared......only to turn up locked to some more railings just outside town. Again, stayed there for maybe a week....and now its locked up to a lamp post up MY street
Not having read that article, i thought the other day...i wonder if thats a bait bike.
