Bar end shifters with brake levers

I saw a bike the other day with a rather nice setup. It was a road bike with either bullhorn or time trial bars. It had bar end shifters with some nifty little brake levers that were mounted on the side of them. I have googled around but I can’t find anything that resembles this setup. Before I saw it I had been thinking myself about trying something like this, currently using dropped bars but never ever use the drop position. Has anyone seen this combination or know what the components might have been? I already have some bar end shifters fitted to the drop bars on an old 531 framed bike that I have and quite like them.
Thanks for any info.

I used 'interruptor' brake levers mounted backwards with the nipples in the adjuster on one of my bikes, I'd originally fitted TT extensions with the bar ends fitted in those but couldn't get on with them.

The top-mount is for my lighting setup.

@Milkfloat
Those are the ones in the second picture. Do you know anything about them. I like them very much.
Thanks for all the replies.
