How do you colour coordinate your bar tape?

The real question you should be asking is "How do you colour coordinate your STI/Ergo Hudz?"

The frame, tyres, saddle and bar tape should always be chosen to coordinate, only people who shop at Primark would do otherwise

Either black because it doesnt get dirty. Or, what would look good with the frame colour.
Well, thats how i decided on the bar tape on my fixed(grey-ey silver) and i just fancied bright pink grips on my mess about fixed.

My bar tape is white, matching the saddle and rims, everything else is black

I had a white saddle on my fixed. It made it look pretty nice, because the frame had white writing on, and it seemed to suit it.
No white saddle now though, wasnt comfortable

I've not done much bar taping but I chose black primarily for the Sirrus to hide the dirt. A minor factor I thought it well with the frame. When its replaced it'll be black again.

My Bianchi has Celeste bar tape and I think this coordinates quite well with the celeste saddle and top tube and the black frame. It'll be replaced with Celeste tape eventually I cant imagine any other colour looking good on that bike.

One bike has always had yellow tape to match the saddle and tyres. One has green tape to match the top tube of the frame. The others still have their orignal black tape.

Mine picks up detail of the colouring on the logos (best bike).

Work-a-day black on everything else, save the one that gets the cast off from the best bike.
