Based on Nibor's answer, I might get the old Doris to do mine next time. She is the queen of present wrapping, so guessing she might be good at it. My only concern is that I would end up with bows on the bars
I did the right hand side first, and considering I haven't done many, it came out ok. Then I did the left, and it's amazing how much difference one side of practice makes - the left is loads neater. But because of that, the tape ran out a centimetre or two earlier than on the other side. So on the right I have quite neat tape that goes right up to the cross lever, and on the left I have very neat tape that stops almost an inch short of the cross lever bracket.
There is only black tape or grubby tape: Nothing in-between.Disposing of any tape that is black
Does anyone know how to get vomit out of an iPad?Come on then everybody, put your money where your mouth is and show us your bar tape! Here's mine. The eagle eyed will notice that it's annoyingly unsymmetrical - the tattoos on one side are upside down. Which side depends on how you look at it. Nothing I can do about it, that's just the way it's made...

I did go through a phase of red tape as it picked out the colour of the down tube logo on my litespeed, but I'm over that now. Sorry. There is only black tape or grubby tape: Nothing in-between.
Yeah I know, I need to clean the paving, right?Does anyone know how to get vomit out of an iPad?

Don't think much of his wrapping technique, although it is symmetrical I suppose. The tape on my Carrera Virago is lime green. Goes with the cable colour, saddle colour, tyres and frame colour. It's gained a green stem top cap and crank bolts since this photo was taken.
My now 11 year-old picked the parts out on eBay when he asked to learn how to build a bike at Christmas in 2014. "I want to make a bright green one" was his statement and a £5 maximum amount on eBay for each part was his limit.
