just to add to this I have found a use for ski bindings which have no use any other time of the year. to hold towel to bike frame whilst turbo training:biggrin:

I've always wished I could do 1-2 hours on the turbo during the bad weather, dark nights etc., but can only manage a 10 minute warm up and down and 20 minutes in the zone. What medication are you on?

I got Dark Knight on Blu-Ray the other week... thought it was excellent, right up until the last 2 minutes.
Those that have seen it and can remember it will probably know what I mean.

I can't wait till I buy a house... big consideration is a garage or conservatory... really want to get a turbo trainer but nowhere to use it (except for maybe on the patio, but if it's fine enough to be on the patio i may as well be outside!).
