Have you got a video? I cannot see it on my device. From the little I see from the photo the frame looks fine to me, do you still need a press to put the bearings in or do they just pop in by hand?
For some reason the video I have won't upload!! 😭

2013 specialized venge, it has developed play in the bb Cup

The OP's problem is, I assess, that the orifices into which the (edited) BB30 bearings should pressfit (the BB shell) are either worn or outside friction-fit tolerance (ie too big) or both. So take care that any 'converters' are not relying on the holes being the correct diameter (for a friction fit) and or circular (as opposed to ovaloid).
Hambini (ensure volume is down at beginning of any video and have swearing tolerance threshold set high) gives significant insight into BB challenges (and sells top class replacements) eg this:

He actually reckons pressfit is a better solution than screw-ins but with several caveats. As far as people 'calling him out' as @ozboz put it, go and enjoy (not) USanians on Slowtwitch - there is a long thread on why they don't like his forthright opinions on, in particular, the poor design of many makes of so-called aero wheels based on testing he did in 'his' (Eurofighter?) wind tunnel, but fail to use evidence-based science to counter his assessments (probably because they are marketeers (dimples on Zipp wheels anyone?) with weak scientific knowledge).
This article maybe a quicker read/scan: https://www.veloveritas.co.uk/2020/03/28/hambini-mar20/

The bike in question is not BB30, I assume it is PF30. From the little I can see on the photo the frame itself does not damaged to the extent that the cups won‘t have at least some interference fit. What cups are you using the ones that came with the frame or the new PF30 ones?

Specialized ROAD carbon frame with virgin carbon 61x46 mm bottom bracket shell (non standard Pressfit 30).
Note: standard Pressfit30 (PF30) is 68x46 mm
The photo shows a virgin carbon 61x46 mm bottom bracket shell, and the orginal delrin bottom bracket supplied by Specialized.
