It says I got 4/7 but question 4 appears to be wrong,

The answer I gave was given as correct but the description of the answer was not the answer I choose.

Edit:- Just done it again but answered with the correct answer to Q4 & total was 5, so it is collating the score correctly it's just the text that is wrong.
