I'm glad you got 5. You can go into the obscure Roll of Honour for having the biggest gap between your mode and median averages (5 and 3, believe it or not).

Hmmmm, maybe! Statistical analysis is my day job, so it is within my skills base. 6 months ago I'd have said no problem as I was on fully paid garden leave, but since then I've been stupid enough to get a full time job, so may not be able to being as responsive as you have been. You've done a great job so I don't see any point in reinventing the wheel, so I'll PM you to see what tools you use with a view to taking it over for 2016, if that is ok with you?
