Erm, except the BBC reported that she was "knocked off her bike by a car" which seems quite clear, and doesn't remotely hint at any fault on her part. If anything it infers quite the opposite in fact.

Except for the headline calling it a "bike accident" when if anything, it was the car driver doing the accidental thing (but it was probably incompetent operation really).
