I remember the first time I ate beetroot and thought I had developed internal bleeding when I went for a pee !

ah, I've had different colour pee for the last 5 days since I ate mine, and wondered why it wasn't just red (one day it was turquoise) so I guess my pancreas has chromatographically filtered off the different colours that make up beetroot red in a previously unknown structured way, but I guess that someone like Damien Hirst's piss looks the same after beetroot.
