I am reminded of when I first went to Australia to vist Ayers Rock (Uluru). There were 100's of people ignoring the guides who were saying you shouldn't climb up it as the Aborigines didn't like it and it was due to rain. And as our half-Aborigine guide said "there's not a pub at the top mate and you get a better view from down here of all the ants climbing up it".

Sometimes, it's better not to have done it.
