i ride 7 miles a day and then a 20+ mile once a week.

got to 10 miles today and start to feel light headed. this is the first time i have had my wet weather clothes on as it was winding and pouring with rain the whole ride?

could this be why ? even tryed a gel pack after 10 miles and still didnt seem to help.

guess i am just a little tried as i am getting over a cold.

I get very light headed and start to get a bit disorientated at times and do not know what causes it. I find it happens to me about 30 seconds after a very fast decent down a hill, like today when I hit over 40mph, then hit the flat. Probably a surge of blood to the brain or maybe the opposite more likely, maybe I get a slight bit of negative G when I hit the flat.

Could it be the wet weathjer gear causing you to sweat more causing a bit of dehydration?
