There's nothing like a cheery "Good Morning" to pedestrians. It makes them smile, some reply, and it just spreads good karma around, unlike a bell.

AirZound is strictly for motons, unless there's some sort of immediate emergency like a diepod pedestrian unexpectedly rushing out right in front of me.

Mikey, my feelings exactly, being pleasant makes people feel good and costs nothing, if they still manage a bad attitude then the Airzond sounds like the best option.

I may just order one, sounds great, is it enough to make a fat Range Rover Sport driver jump with the windows up ?

Sometimes! I've had drivers do quick little squealy left-right swerves as a result, and it always gets the blank ignore you ones to look across at you.

Mostly I use it for driver education - after a close overtake a toot makes them look back, and a pushing out motion with my right arm shows them why. It took a few months, but I've seen a distinct improvement in overtake space from the drivers on my regular commute as a result.

I don't often need it for warning, only once in a while.
