Berocca Brompton - 2 Speed

It's been 16 years since I last had a Brompton (I finally gave up waiting for the Helix Ti).

A few quick upgrades: Tiller Cycles chain guard (not as close a colour match as I had hoped - will go for orange next time), Brompfication folding hinges, Eazy wheels, extended seatpost, Specialized grips, Bromfoot pedal protector, luggage block and a liberal application of heli tape.

Next purchase - a bag!

I've a few other mods planned, but am currently very happy with it.

Looks cool! Like the mods, too - what are Bromptification folding hinges and what advantages do they have over the standard ones?

Well, they are aesthetically more pleasing! Other than that, the difference is a few grams in weight and you don’t need to rotate them as much to loosen/tighten the clamps. They are a bit of a Titanium extravagance really…
