Well I went and I enjoyed myself ... saw some lovely bikes, and bumped into a friend from out of town that I hadn't seen for a year or two. Hopefully it is something that they will repeat.

Well I took some photos but at the end ... and didn't check the settings on the camera so they are a little blurred....

Milk bike... with belt drive

Lovely lines ... (don't remember the details  )

Group admiring bikes - it was much busier when we first arrived and it was only just before we left that it cleared so that you could stand back from the bikes.

Rob Penn's bike

Cargo bike from Really Useful Bikes

And another bike from Really Useful Bikes - this range was called Rodford

Do you think it could get larger at that location?

It certainly introduced me to some new brands ... but I would have liked to see some different styles of bikes as Rob said... for example there was only the one step through frame as far as I remember (OK I know they aren't going to sell loads), but it seems to me that if you want a step through frame you only get offered the cheaper end of the market without the variations that you get on other frames. A friend of mine wants a step through frame as she is having some hip problems but she is used to disk brakes and so far is finding that she will probably end up without disk brakes.

I enjoyed talking to the guys on the Milk Bike stall the most... very friendly.

Judging by the enthusiasm amongst the exhibitors I'd say It's definitely going to get bigger next year - at that location? I don't know. I suppose if more people did what Rob did and set up outside in marquees. I don't know how much more space they have there...

Like those 2 Donhue bikes however the belt drive of the first one rather spoils it
