Best Android Phone at the moment ?

I get my HTC Desire tomorrow. I need something to surf the net while on my long train journey part of my commute. I might even try the apps but if it's anything like the muvi mini cam I just got at xmas, that's still in the box as I couldn't download even after getting a card reader and 8gb card. Sorry, that's another thread.

I've got to say that now I've rooted and managed to put Froyo onto my Galaxy, its absolutely fantastic, not laggy, good(ish) battery and a stack of decent apps/widgets

I've got a Motorola Milestone XT720 and I like it. The only thing I don't understand though is why they put an 8M Pixel camera into a phone with such a rubbish lens. You're just never going to get even half decent pictures with this lens so they would have been better sticking with 3M Pixel.
